Provider’s Policy
Foothills at Red Oak Recovery works with many major insurance providers and is in-network with the following providers: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Humana, First Health, Ascension. As an in-network insurance provider, Foothills Red Oak Recovery offers coverage for clients including Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services. This variety of coverage options allows us to provide services to clients for an extended period of time while helping to ease the cost of treatment for families. We also work with other major insurance companies on an out-of-network basis including, but not limited to: United Healthcare and Cigna. For those interested in working with insurance, our team will collect information about all insurance policies prior to the enrollment process. Clients and/or families are given the most up-to-date information provided by their insurance company including benefits, deductible amounts, and other relevant information to determine the client’s anticipated financial responsibility. After a client is admitted into Foothills at Red Oak Recovery, our team continues to engage with insurance companies to relieve clients and their families of the sometimes-arduous claims process, allowing them more time to focus on treatment and healing for their family. Our team advocates for you or your loved one to maximize financial resources for treatment and receive coverage for the help that he needs and deserves. Please do not let concerns about the cost of treatment prevent you or a loved one from seeking help. Any questions or concerns regarding insurance policies or the enrollment process can be answered by our enrollment team.
