WITHIN Center strives to heal the mind, body, and heart through their services, which include lifestyle medicine. Their physicians, psychiatrist, therapists, personal trainer, and nutritional staff can diagnose and treat various physical and mental conditions while clients are in treatment. Services include gut health sessions, bloodwork, IV therapy, and NAD+ therapy (enzyme therapy).
WITHIN Center offers a retreat program with on-site living, meals, workshops, ketamine treatments, and chef-made, plant-based meals. Clients share a room or have one to themselves. Clients can enjoy breathwork, sound baths, yoga, hapé ceremonies, traditional ceremonies with an Amazonian shaman, and regular personal training sessions throughout their retreat.
WITHIN Center’s integration program keeps clients connected to their services and others in treatment for a month or more. The program includes additional psychotherapy sessions, gut and nutritional healthcare, IV drip therapy, fitness classes, coaching sessions, and regular community events.
