WhiteSands Treatment center provides an onsite detox, residential care, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and Day Treatment (PHP) for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. WhiteSands Treatment offers a variety of evidence-based therapies to facilitate healing including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), eye movement therapy, and motivational interviewing. Some of the holistic therapies they offer include hypnotherapy and art therapy. Each patient will have 4-5 individual and/or family therapy sessions per week. Additionally, in their life skills program, clients can learn greater time-management skills, set healthy and achievable goals, and achieve balance in their work, personal life, health, and recovery.
