Virtue Recovery specialized in treating eating disorders using a comprehensive, trauma-informed approach. They cater to adults, veterans, and the LQBTQ+ community. The residential program offers weekly individual and family therapy sessions, as well as daily groups, all of which are run by masters-level clinicians and dietary experts to cater to the individual requirements of the patient. Seven days a week, psychiatric and medical personnel are on duty to constantly monitor each patient and provide them with tailored care as they undergo treatment.
The Director of Nutrition chooses the meals and snacks, and their executive Chef provides the catering. Virtue’s approach to repairing a damaged metabolism is focused on regular, healthy nutrient intake, with 3 delicious and nutritious meals at breakfast, lunch, and supper, as well as 3 healthy snacks each day. In order to improve the meal experience, the dining area provides a laid-back, communal setting with plenty of sunlight and stunning views of the outside.
Bedrooms are tastefully designed with an HD TV and en suite bathroom. To ensure medical safety and the capacity to stop compulsive habits that can impede treatment progress, all rooms are watched by the nurses’ station. Sun City, Arizona’s Virtue Recovery Center for Eating Disorders, allows smoking in designated places during set hours of the day.
