The Bluffs Rehab, offers treatments for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. They utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), medication assisted treatment, 12-Step facilitation, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) among other therapies. Family sessions at The Bluffs are scheduled by their Master’s level therapists and are typically done in person, however they can also provide arrangements for family sessions via conference calls.
Because of it’s beautiful locations near Atwood Lake and amongst rolling hills, The Bluffs can offer experiential and outdoor-based programs. Clients can go hiking, fishing, and do water activities when weather permitting. The Bluffs also offers experiential therapies like music therapy and art therapy. The home has a grand, yet homey feel to it, and it has stunning views of the sunset over the hills. If in person treatment isn’t an option for the client, they can attend online Telehealth treatment. The Bluffs is Joint Commission accredited and accepts private insurance.
