Rogers Behavioral Health Minneapolis is a treatment center that offers partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient care (IOP) to children, teens, and adults with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety. The intensive outpatient program is 5 days a week and 3 hours per day. The Day Treatment is 5 days a week and 6 hours a day. Rogers Behavioral Health Minneapolis treats depression and other mood disorders through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral activation (BA), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), individual sessions, and group sessions. Rogers Behavioral Health Minneapolis treats OCD and anxiety with exposure and response prevention (ERP), medication management, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and experiential therapy. Rogers Behavioral Health Minneapolis treats eating disorders using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention, and offers supervised meals, nutritional education, and medical monitoring. They treat trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) by using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and emphasizing prolonged exposure, which helps reduce anxiety related to the traumatic event. Clients have the opportunity to participate in group therapy, acceptance, self compassion and mindfulness strategies, experiential therapy, client and family education, individual therapy, and medication management. Rogers Behavioral Health Minneapolis is accredited by the Joint Commission and does accept most major insurances.
