About Retreat Behavioral Health

Retreat Behavioral Health provides outpatient care for addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. Their levels of outpatient care include day treatment (or partial hospitalization), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and a general outpatient program (GOP). Retreat Behavioral Health uses personalized care plans and evidence-based therapies throughout each level of care, plus holistic services for well-rounded treatment.

Personalized, Evidence-Based Treatment

Retreat Behavioral Health provides free transportation for clients within 4 hours of their facility. During treatment, clients engage in evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), medications for recovery, and continuous medication management. Retreat Behavioral Health offers therapy in group and 1:1 settings.

Comprehensive Outpatient Experience

Retreat Behavioral Health’s masters-level clinicians, licensed counselors, and psychologists provide individualized care for each client. Treatment includes holistic services like:

Mental Health And Family Care

Retreat Behavioral Health simultaneously treats co-occurring mental health conditions and addiction. They address depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and bipolar disorder. They additionally offer family support through private therapy sessions, online family workshops, and twice-weekly online family support groups.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Retreat Behavioral Health’s partial hospitalization program, or day treatment, provides 20 hours of weekly therapeutic care. Clients come to Retreat Behavioral Health’s facility 5x/week for 4 hours each day. In PHP, clients receive group and 1:1 therapies, case management, holistic therapies, meals, medication management, and transportation as needed.

Intensive Outpatient And General Outpatient

Retreat Behavioral Health’s intensive outpatient program (IOP) provides 9 hours of care weekly. Clients attend 3 hours of care 3 days a week, with day, evening, and weekend times available. In IOP and general outpatient, clients receive group and 1:1 therapy, transportation to and from their facility, and holistic therapies.

Holistic Treatment Services

Retreat Behavioral Health’s holistic therapies allow clients to creatively process and navigate emotions under the guidance of a practiced instructor. They provide art therapy, yoga, gardening, massage, and on-site equine therapy with friendly horses. Clients can enjoy creating music and writing songs in music therapy.
