Restore Health and Wellness staff offer individualized treatment plans that can provide a full continuum of care including medical detox, residential treatment, PHP, IOP, and sober living. The addiction rehabilitation programs at Restore also use 12-Step facilitation, cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, Gestalt therapy, goal setting, nutrition, exercise, and meditation as part of their treatment process. All residents are involved in a fitness recovery program that synchronizes the spiritual aspects of 12-Step within an exercise regimen.
