Resource Recovery Center of Orange County (RRCOOC) offers detox and residential programs for substance use disorders. Located in the Hudson Valley region of New York state, their programs include evidence-based and experiential therapies. RRCOOC is licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction Services, and accepts most major insurances.
Clients receive 24-hour medical supervision during detox, including medication-assisted therapy (MAT) when necessary. In addition to a robust treatment curriculum, RRCOOC provides a comprehensive approach to treatment for substance use disorders, beginning with biological, psychological, social, psychiatric, and medical evaluations.
Clients follow a highly-structured daily schedule of treatment, including individual and group therapies, with family participation encouraged. Programming consists of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as experiential therapies like recreation therapy and yoga. RRCOOC offers an indoor and outdoor pool, an exercise center, and fresh food with a salad bar served daily.
