Heartland Wellness Center has a unique blend of qualified professionals who have come together to support individuals and their families with addiction, behavioral health, grief counseling, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Heartland Wellness offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), and outpatient services. Heartland understands everyone is different, and they want to provide unique solutions. Programs are custom-made for the individual and their families and can include traditional talk therapy, 12-Step facilitation, couples counseling, and group therapy.
Aftercare is a key element in helping sustain long-term recovery. The Heartland Heartbeats are graduates of Heartland programming who have developed a group to stay connected to an atmosphere of recovery. Events are held monthly, and all alumni can participate. Heartland Wellness Center is with the client every step of the way from start to finish. They are accredited by the Joint Commission and accept most private insurance.
