Eating Recovery Center (ERC) in Sacramento, California, has been providing mindfulness-based treatment for adults, adolescents, and children with eating disorders since 2001. Anorexia nervosa, ARFID, binge eating disorder, depression, diabulimia, and OSFED are all treated at ERC. They offer a 7-day Day Treatment (PHP) as well as a 3-day Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The Day Treatment (PHP) curriculum includes interactive group sessions, process groups, art therapy, cooking groups, restaurant outings, yoga, and peer support groups. Intensive outpatient patients are in treatment up to 4 days a week for up to 9 hours per week. Programming includes nutritional counseling, individual therapy, family therapy, supported meals, and more.
