Center for Discovery Milwaukee is a residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment center specializing in eating disorders. They offer treatment for adults 18+ of all genders. Center for Discovery treats numerous types of eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, avoidant/restrictive food intake, and orthorexia nervosa. Center for Discovery also treats co-occurring disorders with eating disorders. These co-occurring disorders may include depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, self-harm, and trauma.
