Carbondale Counseling utilizes play therapy and expressive arts therapy as non-threatening therapeutic alternatives that get beyond barriers and improve the client’s experience. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) are some additional therapeutic approaches they utilize. They charge $180 for their standard 50-minute session before insurance.
