Asana Recovery is a family owned treatment center that provides modern and relaxing homes for those suffering from substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions. Asana Recovery has 5 homes located in Costa Mesa, California and 1 home in Huntington Beach, California. The private homes are located just blocks from the beach. Asana offers co-ed, family-style living accommodations for 12 residents. The home features shared bedrooms, an industrial kitchen, and spacious living areas for socializing and relaxing. Each house comes equipped with WiFi, TV, and Netflix.
Asana Recovery believes that every client’s journey toward recovery is unique. They provide each client with an individualized treatment plan that fits their specific needs. The Asana program has medical detox, residential, IOP, and outpatient services. Asana utilizes evidence-based therapies and holistic therapies while in treatment. Clients engage in individual and group therapy sessions rooted in CBT and DBT, as well as EMDR to treat trauma as a causal component of current conditions. In addition, clients learn about the disease of addiction and participate in a range of fulfilling holistic practices like mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and music therapy.
Asana Recovery provides close proximity to the beautiful beaches of California. Clients have the opportunity to spend a lot of time outdoors. Activities can include walking on the beach, playing volleyball, meditating, or simply enjoying community meals. The length of residential care is flexible, with clients typically in treatment between 20 and 30 days depending on the individual needs. Asana Recovery is CARF accredited, Joint Commission accredited, ASAM level 3.5 care, LegitScript certified, and a NAATP member.
