About Parkdale Center for Professionals

Parkdale Center for Professionals treats addiction and dual diagnoses with personalized, evidence-based care and a variety of treatment options. They offer a partial hospitalization program (PHP, or day treatment) with short-term residential living, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), telehealth services, aftercare, and career reentry services. Parkdale Center for Professionals treats addiction and mental health conditions concurrently to help clients address and heal the cause of their addiction.

Parkdale Center for Professionals caters their treatment to the needs and lifestyles of professionals, including healthcare professionals, lawyers, pilots, educators, contractors, and many more. They provide discretion, high quality medical and psychological care, and allow phones and laptops for business needs. Parkdale Center for Professionals begins treatment with a thorough psychiatric and medical assessment to help determine what therapies and level of care suits each client best. If needed, they offer withdrawal management through medications, psychiatric care, and comfort monitoring.

Talented Staff Providing Evidence-Based Care

Parkdale Center for Professionals has a robust team of professionals: nurses, medical doctors, addiction counselors, a psychiatrist, and psychologist. Each works together to offer a comprehensive and personalized plan for recovery. Their therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), and motivational interviewing techniques. Parkdale Center for Professionals also provides anger management groups, on and off-side 12-Step meetings, alternative peer support meetings, and specialized peer groups for nurses and doctors.

Multiple Treatment Levels

Clients attend Parkdale Center for Professionals’s PHP program 5 days a week, for a minimum of 3 hours per day. Parkdale Center for Professionals offers residential housing for their PHP clients, with shared bedrooms, a gym membership, and a kitchen clients can use anytime. Their IOP program offers 9 hours of therapy each week. Parkdale Center for Professionals also offers independent individual counseling for mental health conditions. Their telehealth services connect clients near and far for counseling, psychological care, and accountability. Parkdale Center for Professionals works with regulatory agencies and professional monitoring agencies to help healthcare providers reenter into work set up for success.

Flexible Treatment Options

Professionals can progress through PHP, IOP, aftercare, and career restoration at Parkdale Center for Professionals. Or, they can join just one program, or begin at a different level than PHP. Parkdale Center for Professionals provides a family program too, inviting families onsite for a 2-day educational workshop and weekly Zoom support groups.

Parkdale Center for Professionals works with regulator agencies and professional monitoring agencies to help clients reintegrate into their career. They help healthcare professionals comply with any protocols or standards, including proven sobriety. Parkdale Center for Professionals can also help clients navigate any legal needs and healthcare licensing requirements.

Mental Health Counseling

Parkdale Center for Professionals provides counseling for co-occurring addiction and mental health, and for clients seeking primary mental health counsel. Their therapists provide trauma therapies like EMDR, and therapeutic approaches like CBT, DBT, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
