About AToN Center

AToN treats addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders with a variety of approaches, including alternatives to the 12 Steps. They have 5 houses on 10 acres of San Diego beauty. They house a maximum of 6 clients per house, keeping their staff-to-client ratios low all across campus. AToN provides ample holistic therapies, like exercise, acupuncture, massage, yoga, and much more. With a minimum stay of 30 days, clients’ stays will be spent in total recovery and healing, taking applicable and individual approaches to addiction treatment.

Private Location And High-Level Clinicians

AToN is proud to offer high quality clinical and psychological treatment, with highly skilled and qualified clinicians, therapists, and support staff in each sector of treatment. Residents are professionally cared for and supported each step of the way, from detox to aftercare. Their 10-acre campus offers privacy and relaxing on-site amenities.

Individualized Treatment Led By Evidence And Results

AToN has multiple treatment paths, any of which can diverge to clients’ specific needs. They use 12-Step and non-12-Step modalities, holistic methods, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based methods to treat and support all aspects of recovery. AToN provides at least 4 hours of therapy per day, with 3 hours of group and 1 hour of daily individual therapy. Weekly family therapy is also included and heavily encouraged. Exposure therapy takes residents outside AToN’s center, and their holistic mentors come to campus to provide unique healing tracts. AToN prioritizes having a treatment structure that’s flexible and non-constrictive, allowing for changes and accommodations based on clinical input and client preferences. While some structure is important, they believe applicable treatment that stems from clinical knowledge and client needs is best.

Luxury Amenities And Personal Care

AToN is a tech-friendly treatment center, providing that phones or laptops don’t interfere with treatment. Residents can enjoy AToN’s pool, hot tub, gym, and tennis court, plus their variety of gardens and outdoor seating. Professional chefs create delicious meals and help ensure top-notch nutrition. Small group sizes and limited housing keep treatment intimate and personal, starting with AToN’s in-depth admission assessments.
