Part of Aspire Recovery, Fire Sky Ranch is a men’s-only sober living program in Lubbock, Texas. Fire Sky Ranch set out to create a program that gives men flexibility and freedom during recovery. All clinical treatment is done outside the sober living home in a separate setting. This strategy enables men to interact with supportive professionals while being immersed in real-life situations. As a result, clients’ anxieties about leaving a structured atmosphere will lessen, and the transition out of the program will go much more smoothly.
The program itself is rooted in 12-Step philosophy and blends evidence-based therapies with holistic services. Men will receive individualized treatment plans that cater to their specific needs. During the 8-10 week-long program, clients meet 3 times weekly in the evenings from 6pm-9pm at the Aspire Recovery outpatient center. Fire Sky Ranch has educational groups, process groups, chemical dependency groups, and more. They also provide individual counseling, couples therapy, family counseling, life skills, and eye movement therapy (EMDR). In addition to counseling, they also plan several recreational outings each month.
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood of South Lubbock, The Fire Sky home offers comfortable accommodations with plenty of amenities such as spacious living areas, a modern kitchen, a large yard, and an indoor pool, and gym.
Accredited by CARF, Fire Sky Ranch is a great choice for men looking for a strong 12-Step program with freedom and flexibility.
