Wellness Resource Center is a private treatment facility in Boca Raton, Florida. They treat substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions in adult men and women with compassionate care. The 12-Steps play an important role in treatment, as do holistic and evidence-based modalities.
Clients at Wellness Resource Center transition through 2 phases of recovery. Phase 1 is a Day Treatment (PHP) that has intensive treatment activities and therapeutic programming. During Phase 1, clients live on-site in community housing. Treatment takes place from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 9:00 AM ā 12:00 PM on weekends. Clients also meet regularly with an on-site medical director, full-time nurses, and primary therapist. During Phase 2, clients can participate in ADL (activities for daily living) development, obtain employment while still receiving support and guidance, and transition into sober living with a continuing care plan.
The Wellness Resource staff provide a blend of evidence-based and holistic therapies that can include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, 12-Step facilitation, equine therapy, experimental group therapy, and nutritional therapy. Wellness Resource Centerās Phases help clients transition back into daily living in a supportive, beneficial way that sets them up for lasting success. The time clients spend within each Phase depends on their individual needs and preferences, especially in Phase 2.
Wellness Resource encourages family involvement during treatment. Their Family Program invites family members to Wellness Resource Center for a weekend, providing educational groups and therapy sessions. For family members unable to attend the weekend Family Program, primary therapists at Wellness Resource Center can provide family therapy sessions in-person or over the phone. Wellness Resource offers community housing nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Florida. Clients can enjoy resort-like accommodations along with amenities such as a heated pool, common area, recreation room, and outdoor lounge. Wellness Resource Center accepts most private insurance.
