Rosewood Ranch offers inpatient and 24/7 residential care for adolescents suffering from anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder. Their dual diagnosis program can also treat co-occurring addictions, mood disorders, and psychiatric conditions. Rosewood Ranch is the only program in the country to offer medical detox and acute care services. Rosewood therapy is geared to help adolescents feel safe and welcome. Daily therapy can include 1-on-1 counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), art therapy, music therapy, nutrition, equine therapy, family therapy, and yoga. Daily life at Rosewood consists of an on-site school facility, an intensive ongoing family program, nutritious supervised meals, psycho-educational programming, body imaging, and life skills training.
