They offer residential treatment and a Day Treatment (PHP). Evidence-based treatment modalities Center for Discovery offers include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure & response prevention (ERP) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Center for Discovery also provides family therapy, expressive arts therapy, dietary consultations, positive psychology groups, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Their facility has bilingual clinicians to serve clients whose first language is not english. The clinical staff is composed of certified eating disorder specialists, Health at Every Size (HAES)-informed clinicians, and professionals trained in various trauma focused therapies such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and traumatic incident reduction (TIR).

They offer a variety of activities for their clients, including yoga, table tennis, Corn Hole, equine therapy, and more. Center for Discovery provides 20+ hours of schooling per week to ensure that their clients stay on top of their studies.
