Center for Discovery Plano trained their staff to work with young clients of all genders who includes two therapist certified eating disorder specialists (CEDS). The therapists provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and exposure and response prevention (ERP) while also engaging the clients in mindful movement and yoga in a beautiful outside space.
