The Wave provides short-term residential treatment, day programs, intensive outpatient treatment (IOP), and tele-therapy. All treatment plans are tailored to the client’s specific needs. Therapy includes individual counseling, group therapy, process groups, and various holistic methods such as yoga, art therapy, massage, breath work, and fitness classes.
The Wave Brooksville strives to create a home-like environment that’s not only safe, but also comfortable. They offer both private and shared bedrooms. Onsite, clients can enjoy beautiful outdoor sitting areas, walking trails, a fitness center, swimming pool, art room, and a tennis court. Each week, spa treatments are offered either on-site or from a local salon which includes massages, facials, nails treatments, and hair styling.
