Legacy uses an individualized, client-centered approach designed to achieve long-term health and happiness. They offer medical detox, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), a Day Treatment (PHP), an outpatient program, and a family program. The PHP program is typically 25 hours per week, and the IOP is at least 9 hours of clinical treatment per week. Legacy’s family program offers education and training to families to ensure that they are a positive force for change in the client’s life. Some of the therapies they offer include cognitive (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational enhancement therapy, solution focused therapy, trauma-specific therapy, acupuncture, Reiki and more.
